The Big Sister Experience is committed to inspiring the next generation through self-love and confidence. Our Primary and Secondary Workshops and Programs focus on mental health, wellbeing, and life education, providing essential tools to young people, their families, and educators. Since 2019, we have engaged over 25,000 students across more than 110 schools + Australia-wide with research and evidence-based programs.

Our founders, Bianca and Kritz, started The Big Sister Experience to make a real difference in the lives of young people. Based on years of professional teaching experience and their own personal mental health journeys, they’ve put a lot of heart into developing a practical yet authentic program.
Every one of our Big Sisters embodies our empathetic, passion-driven approach, coming from diverse backgrounds including teaching, social work, nursing, mental health outreach, and gender studies.
